What We Do

Personalised Advice

We will be in contact with you regularly before, during and after the visa application. This is to ensure that you receive personalised advice from documentation we need for the visa application, which schools or universities are best for you and how to live and adapt to the Australian way of life. We will also answer any questions that you have.

As part of our service and government requirements to receive a visa, we will need to collect documentation and use it to apply for the visa. Please see below the following documentation as a minimum for the visa application.

Passport and Driver’s Licence/National Identity Card
Course Degrees/Certificates and their transcripts from previous studies High School or university
Financial Evidence (Bank Statement)
Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resumé
Travel History (if you have travelled before)

Please note that we may require additional documentation depending on your individual case to give you the best chance to obtain the visa.

Documents that Global Education Embassy will provide:

Genuine Temporary Entrant Statement (GTE Letter). This is an important letter explaining your story and reasons for travelling to Australia to study. It is a very detailed letter which together we will write
Migration Form 956A. This is a document that is needed to be filled by us as we represent you with the visa application
OSHC Insurance. This is compulsory insurance for Student Visa Students. We can provide this for you

Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

Institution Application

Once we help you choose a course, we have all your documents ready, we will help you with finding the perfect city to live in and institution to study that meets your needs. After this, we will apply for enrolment at the institution, and they will send us some documents including a Letter of Offer and Invoice. Once the invoice is paid, we will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) which is used as part of the visa application.

Once all of this is complete the Global Education Embassy Visa Experts will then apply for the visa on your behalf with all the documentation that both you and the school have provided. We then wait for the approval. Once it is approved, we can then start organising your trip to Australia!
